The staff is wonderful and personable. They always have a smile on, and know who you are when you walk in. I believe if I walked in with a black bear, that they would smile and kindly ask me to wait in the middle room for Dr. Shannon to come in personally lol.

The staff and Dr. Ivey always give excellent care and you feel like your pet is the most important patient to them. They always answer your questions and Holly loves all the staff.
After every visit you get a call making sure your pet is doing well and they answer any questions for you.
I loved that the staff here is so knowledgeable and made me feel at ease during a very traumatic time for me and my pet. Dr. Ivey is beyond wonderful. My dog was there for emergency surgery and had to stay overnight and she kept me updated on his status until the end of the night and again in the morning. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to take him and I am very happy that I have finally found a new, closer vet that I can take all of my animals to.
I have been to a lot of Vet clinics in my life time! This is absolutely the best I have found! The staff is amazing and Dr. Ivy is one of the most caring vets I’ve ever met!
