Appointment Policies

When coming in for your pet’s appointment, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time so that you’ll have time to prepare. If you have not completed your pre-visit forms, this is the time to do them.

Boarding Policies

When your pet boards with Hidden Oaks Animal Hospital, we require them to come in for a meet-and-greet with our veterinarian to ensure that your pet is a good fit for us. You can also use the opportunity to tour our facility and see where your pet will be staying while they’re with us.

Payment Policies

At Hidden Oaks Animal Hospital, we request payment at the time services are rendered. If you’re interested in an interest free payment plan, we accept CareCredit. We also encourage pet owners to sign up for pet insurance to help with the cost of pet care. We invite you to apply in advance of your visit to find out if you’re approved.
